Terms & conditions of rent and booking

General terms

Minimal rent period - 3 nights. The cost of rent  (CR) is calculated from the Tariff Table.

Check-in time 16:00, check-out time 12:00. Early check-in and late check-out  - upon availability.

What is included in CR

CR specified in the Tariff Table includes VAT, resort tax & guest house invitation letter for Latvian visa issuance.

CR includes basic sleeping accommodations. The bedding, linen and towels for the sleeping accommodations are included, replacement and cottage cleaning once per 1 week.

CR includes public utilities and house maintenance fees: electricity, water, gas, Internet, satellite TV, burglar alarm, use of the fenced parking, territory maintenance and garbage collection.

What is not included in CR

CR does not include breakfast, transfer, telephone charges and extra guests accommodation (1-2 extra guests can stay in each house).

Terms of payment

• by bank transfer, which should be completed by the confirmed date of arrival 
• with credit card on the day of arrival 
• by cash in one of the bank in Jurmala or Riga to the account of the Guest House per banking receipt within 1 day of arrival

All payments can be done in LVL or EUR at corresponding exchange rate of the Bank of Latvia at the date of payment. Comission of 3% will be raised for the payment by credit card.

Booking

The Guest confirms his order for booking of the cottage by transferring the advance rent payment of EUR 500 if the rate of rent is less than EUR 2500 and by transferring the advance rent payment of EUR 1000 if the rate of rent is equal or more than EUR 2500:

• with credit card (Visa, Eurocard Mastercard)
• by bank transfer (Bank details)

Prior reservation is cancelled if the advance payment is not transferred within 10 working days starting from the date when the cottage Reservation form was sent by the Guest.

In case the Guest cancels his reservation 4 weeks prior to the confirmed date of check-in, the Guest House returns 100% of the advance rent payment, excluding the bank commission for both forth and back transfers.                       
If the Guest refuses from his reservation less then 4 weeks prior to the date of arrival, the advance amount is not returned.
