Crossroads SIA started working on the Latvian market in 1996; and operations with real estate are currently a leading area of its business activities. Since 2002, Crossroads is a managing company of Liena Cottages guest house in Jurmala.
Liena Cottages guest house became the first travelling location in a resort city of Jurmala providing tourists with services of the whole family accommodation on vacation with conditions of a high-level hotel. The idea to provide fully equipped apartments with a kitchen, several bedrooms and separate territory for the short-term rent found its support among tourists travelling with their family or company.
Nowadays, offers of apartment, houses and villas as places of high-quality season or all-the-year-round vacation in Jurmala are still not numerous. Crossroads company regards maintenance of high-level comfort and services in its cottages as a merit, and from year to year tries to introduce more conveniences to make all guests feel in unfamiliar place as nice, comfortable and cosy as they do at home!
