The house has an entrance hall, sitting room with dining-kitchen area, 2 bedrooms and a bathroom with a shower.
The bedrooms are not that large, but light and cosy, they are facing the sunny yard and equipped with air-conditioners. There is one double (160) bed in one of the bedrooms and two single beds in the other (nursery) room. The telephone is set in the living room.
The separated territory is fenced and gives an opportunity to get a car secured; a lawn behind the house gives advantages of full summer vacation. You can sunbathe on the chaise lounge, have barbecue parties or play with children on air in the cosy yard enclosed by the house from the street. There is a bench by the porch for smokers, please note that smoking in the cottages is not allowed!

Once in the houseIn October 2005 two Norwegian businessmen had come on the invitation of one of the companies from Riga. They have beeing staying in the cottage. The guests told us why they preferred a separate house in Jurmala to a hotel room in Riga. Every morning they've beeng jogging along the seashore and after that drove to Riga by a rented car (it takes approximately half an hour). In the evening they felt comfortable to discuss results of the working day in their sitting room, which they once has used also as a meeting room for their local partners.
