Prestige cottage
Spacious 2-storey apartments occupy one half of a cottage and have a separate entrance and large fenced area. On the first floor: an entrance hall, sitting room with dining area and kitchen. On the second floor: 3 bedrooms. There is a double bed (180), air-conditioner, TV set and computer with the Internet connection in the master bedroom. In the smaller bedroom with a double bed (140) there is a romantic balcony with a view at Lienes street. The nursery is a little cosy room with two single beds. .jpg)
Bathrooms: 1-st floor: shower, toilet; 2-nd floor: shower, toilet, sauna.
In the sitting room: an air-conditioner, TV set, radio/CD-player and DVD-player. Telephones are in the sitting room and master bedroom. A little kitchen includes all necessary things to cook or warm up food with place setting kits for 8 persons. Table in the kitchen is comfortable for 3-4 persons and can be served for 6 persons. Kitchen has an exit to a terrace protected from rain. The size of the terrace gives you a chance to have breakfast outside or relax on the chaise lounge reading a book. The terrace is also a comfortable place for smoking, please note that smoking in the cottages is not allowed!
The territory of the cottage includes parking lots for 2 cars. A cosy and well-groomed yard with swings and a playground is a perfect solution for the family vacation. Flowering bushes, garden trees, flower beds and nice pond with sedge form a nice decoration for the most prestigious and elegant of our cottages.

The territory of the cottage faces Lienes street which is pretty busy at the height of the season that can be disliked by persons fond of quiet and silence. However, silence and privacy indoors is guaranteed. Regarding its prestigious location in 5 minutes walk from the hot pulse of resort city life, it is undoubtedly an advantage for fans of active life in the center of events.

Once in the house
In July 2004 a family from Great Britain was on vacation in the cottage and celebrated the 40th anniversary of the head of family. The wife prepared a surprise for her husband beforehand and ordered a very long white limo with champagne onboard which took the company to celebrate that holiday to Riga and brought it back in the morning. The experienced driver, though taking pains, managed to turn round his white wagon at our narrow intersection. Crackjacks, hurrah! |
