Comfort cottage

Comfort CottageComfortable 2-storey apartments occupy one half of a cottage and have a separate entrance and in-house area. On the first floor: an entrance hall, sitting room, dining room, kitchen. On the second floor: 2 bedrooms. There is a double bed (180), TV set and computer with the Internet connection in the master bedroom. A little bedroom (nursery) is a small-sized cosy room with two single beds. Bedrooms are equipped with air-conditioners.

In the sitting room there are TV set, radio/CD-player and DVD-player. Telephones are in the sitting room and master bedroom. A space-saving kitchen containes all necessary things to cook or warm up food for a small family and place setting kits for 6 persons.

Bathrooms: On the 1-st floor: a shower, toilet, sauna.; on the 2-nd floor: a bath, toilet.

A cosy patio gives a romantic opportunity to serve morning coffee, sunbathe, leave children on the fresh air without supervision, or have barbecue. Finally, you can dry washing or have a cigarette there, please note that smoking in the cottages is not allowed!

Possible
disadvantages
Railway is not far away, Dzintari station is in 3 minutes walk. Jurmala’s suburban trains pass by several times a day that forms a feeling of traditional country vacation. It should be mentioned that most of tourists without cars use services of taxi buses today.
Evident advantages
Very cosy and light bedrooms face the south. 
There are separate premises for a dining room with an exit to the patio.
A sauna and a bathroom.
Expanse in combination with solitude right in the centre of Jurmala city.

Once in the house

In spring 2004 one Russian married couple long and thoroughly picked out accommodation in Jurmala, and they fixed upon our cottage. This choice was very important because it was planned for the period before the birth of their second baby. Walks by the sea, piny air and comfortable way of life of parents were favorable for a little girl to be happily born in maternity hospital Bulduri.
